The first and second International Symposia on Milk Genomics & Human Health were presented in 2004 and 2005 by the California Dairy Research Foundation (CDRF) on behalf of the International Milk Genomics Consortium (IMGC).
The symposium is specifically designed to advance the collective knowledge of how milk components promote health and to provide collaboration in efforts to isolate the functional mechanisms behind milk’s physiological benefits.
Program sessions for the
3rd International Symposium
will focus on two key areas:
- Genomics – Regulation of Lactation Genes
- Milk Peptides – Sequence and Targets.
